Our Swimzi hydration bottle has been designed by the man himself 'Liam Tancock'. From years of self taught and managed hydration, Liam's insight to the importance of keeping hydrated during a training session helped to create this unique measuring system. Swimmers and coaches can now identify which level of hydration relates to which part of the training session.
Choose five coloured bands that can be used around your bottle body/neck to quickly identify a swimmer’s bottle during sets.
